Eastern Kentucky Animal Rescue
Eastern Ky Animal Rescue group is a non-profit, no kill organization made up of 3 dedicated rescue groups located in central and eastern Ky. Our group covers all of Ky and provides rescue & transport help for animals located here in KY. We work to save the neglected, abandoned and abused animals and give them hope for a brighter future, and try to educate the public on the need for spay & neuter and humane treatment for these animals.
We work with multiple shelters & rescue groups in order to get animals to safety. We have a lot of wonderful rescuers/shelters we work with, all of which have wonderful animals just waiting for new families! If you are looking to expand your family and add a loyal new companion, please check them out under our 'Adoptable Pets' tab!
We are always in need of monetary donations in order to provide vet care, housing, supplies, etc for our rescue animals. Most of our rescues have been mistreated and abused, some have never even known a soft bed, so we try to provide the best we can for our foster babies! Any donations are tax-deductable and always appreciated! If you would like to make a donation to the Eastern Ky Animal Rescue, please go to our 'Donate' tab for instructions.
Eastern Ky Animal Rescue is in need of donations to help us with our rescue work. We have compiled a list of items (under our 'Wish List' tab) that we frequently use. We are always in need of any items that will benefit our rescue animals. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated and much needed (and tax-deductable)!
Our group holds annual fundraisers/adoption events to help with our funding. Please check out our 'Upcoming Events' tab for more information on upcoming events we have planned! These events are held 3-4 times a year, so please check them out and try to attend to show your support and meet the animals!
Eastern Ky Animal Rescue also offers transportation service. If you would be interested in having an animal transported, we have some of our transport information listed under our 'Rescue Transports' tab. If you have additional questions, or would like a transport schedule, please contact Debbie for more details!

There are many animal groups listed on yahoo located in Ky who are helping to rescue and transport shelter animals across the state. We have compiled a list of the groups that are specific for helping our homeless animals here in Ky and have listed these groups under the
'Ky Animals groups' tab. If you would be interested in becoming a transport volunteer, foster, etc, these groups are a wonderful place to start! Please join and help save a life today!
We have attached link for 'pet supplies' if you are looking for anything particular for your k-9/feline companion! These stores have a wide variety of items and can easily be purchased straight from their website!
